Job Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a driven and innovative Senior Business Systems Process Engineer to join our team!

In this role, you will: 

• Lead by example as a culture and rigor ambassador, serving as a peer resource with a deep understanding of business systems
• Clearly document process architecture, ensuring alignment with core enterprise principles
• Collaborate with development teams to execute processes meeting product and customer requirements
• Understand business drivers, identify gaps, and propose new initiatives
• Lead multiple complex efforts with confidence and clear communication, defining execution plans aligned with enterprise goals
• Proactively communicate complex concepts across all organizational levels, including executive leadership
• Identify and address risks early, prioritizing customer needs in problem resolution and proposing solutions aligned with enterprise policies

Skills, Experience and Requirements

As a successful Senior Business Systems Process Engineer, you will have: 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related engineering field
• 5+ years of practical experience in business systems process development
• Strong understanding and experience in business systems design
• Preferred experience with digital customer and B2B partner platforms
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality products
• Experience in product discovery and validation methodologies such as User Story & Journey Mapping
• Proficiency in value-centric customer experience design through usability testing

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $158,125.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
