This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST OR 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST. Our office is located at 1 Dakota Drive, Suite 215, Lake Success, NY, 11042.

We offer 1 week of paid on-the-job training. The hours of training will be aligned with your schedule.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Under the direct supervision of the Office Manager / Supervisor
  • Medical records are responsible to review the worklist daily to push imaging from our PACS to the radiologist workstation
  • To process patients requests for their imaging on CD’s or Image Share
  • To fax patients signed HIPPA forms to their prior imaging facilities and follow - up as necessary
  • To upload prior patient images in our PACS system and notify the radiologist that images are ready to read
  • Scan all information into EPIC
  • Answer phone to take requests for any reports or patient imaging to sent out or for pick - up

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of experience with customer service (clerk / administration)
  • Ability to work any shift (37.5 hours / week) between the hours of 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST OR 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST from Monday - Friday
  • Must be 18 years of age OR older

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience with EPIC OR PACS

New York Residents Only: The hourly range for New York residents is $16.00 - $23.94 per hour.
