What You Will Do:

Guidehouse has an exciting opportunity for a Database Engineer supporting an enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation effort within the US Intelligence Community. Role and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead as part of a team that is responsible for the integration of the customer's legacy systems to Fusion HCM Cloud.

• Support identity management requirements

• Design and maintain databases, increase data storage capacity, and troubleshoot database functionality issues

• Ensure database availability, scalability, and performance

• Lead IaaS and PaaS administration and Oracle database administration.

• Author/maintain standard operating procedures for O&M environments.

• Solve challenging problems for the client/customer and provide innovative solutions.

What You Will Need:

• A CURRENT and ACTIVE TOP SECRET / SCI federal security clearance with COUNTERINTELLIGECE (CI) Polygraph

• FOURTEEN (14) years’ relevant database engineering, or related, experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university.

• Four (4) years of integration experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET (TS)/SCI federal security clearance with FULLSCOPE (FS) Polygraph

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud code migration tools

• Experience with Oracle HCM cloud upgrade, support, and maintenance tools

• Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM administration (User management, Process Scheduling, etc.)

• Exposure to Linux environment

• In lieu of Oracle products experience, a motivated self-starter who is willing to learn Oracle SaaS applications and environments
