Position Summary:

Responsible for Installation, implementation and maintenance of LAN used within the facility and supporting on-site/off-site locations.  Initial response to help desk calls made within the first 24 hours.   

Reports to: IT Support Tech Lead and Director of Information Systems

FLSA:  Non-exempt  


Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Education
High school diploma or equivalent □ Preferred X Required
  
Minimum Work Experience
Minimum 3-5 years experience working in a hospital environment □ Preferred X Required
  
Minimum Work Experience
Minimum 1 year experience with AS400 operations □ Preferred X Required
