Aide-Mental Health CTF \ Counseling Center \ Rotating Shifts \ PRN - Full-time / Part-time

Assist in the day to day operations and safety of the Crisis Triage Facility including monitoring environmental and daily activities. Critical attributes required of this position include excellent customer service consisting of an outgoing, positive attitude, a warm, friendly demeanor and the utmost care and respect for our patients, coworkers, and families.

EDUCATION

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: Experience assisting persons who have experienced mental health problems preferred.

Certification: Must have or apply for a Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor within seven (7) days of employment (RCW 18.19.210 says you may work as an agency affiliated counselor for up to sixty days) or possess current Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC),  Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA),  Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT),  Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA),  Licensed Advance Social Worker (LASW), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Social Work Associate & Advanced (LSWAA) as   defined by the Washington State Department of Health.   Must have/obtain current CPR/First Aid within 30 days of hire.

Other: Ability to work with a culturally diverse population.
