Pulmonary Rehab treats adult patients with chronic pulmonary disease. Patients range from pre-and post-op lung volume reduction surgery and lung transplant patients to chronic lung disease patients with moderate, severe and very severe disease/dysfunction. Eligible patients must be referred by the physician treating the chronic respiratory disease. The Pulmonary Rehab Team is comprised of a Medical Director, Clinical Nurse Specialist, Clinical Exercise Physiologists and a Patient Service Representative.
