Job Title : "Customer Service representative"

Pay Range : $15-18 an hour

Location : Phoenix, AZ, 85007

Work Schedule : (40 Hours per week)

Contract Duration : 6 Months Contract on W2

Responsibilities:

Responsible for professionally and courteously serving customers by processing Individual Income Tax General Welfare Rebates related to tax compliance requirements. This position includes dealing with a high volume of claims submitted by claimants, including reviewing taxpayer status and history, verifying, gathering and simultaneously updating account detail information in various systems, and approving or denying claims. Requires to be in the office 1-3 days a week This position has the possibility of future permanent employment for agents that are able to successfully perform the duties of the position, demonstrate dependability and culture alignment during their temporary assignment. Must have the ability to work flexible hours or schedule as dictated by business needs.

Education/Experience

High School Diploma/One-Two years of Customer Service experience.
