Offering $25 to $27 per hour to start, depending on your experience!

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Driver/Groundman to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our tree care operations by ensuring safe transportation of crew and equipment to job sites, and providing valuable assistance on the ground during tree care activities.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport crew and equipment to various job sites.
• Assist tree care crew with groundwork, including but not limited to, debris removal, chipping, and equipment setup.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
• Maintain and perform routine checks on company vehicles and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth coordination during tree care projects.

Requirements

• Valid Commercial Driver's License and no prior accidents
• Experience driving trucks with a trailer attached
• Must live within 15 miles of Morgan Hill, CA
• Physically fit and able to perform strenuous outdoor tasks.
• Over 27 years of age
