Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Location: Antioch, CA

Employment Type: Part-Time (27.5 hours per week)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 1:30 PM

NOW ACCEPTING CANDIDATES

Description: We are seeking a qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home services for two male students (ages 15 and 14) in a group home setting in Antioch, CA.

This is a part-time position for 27.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 1:30 PM.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans and strategies
  • Collect data on student behaviors and progress
  • Assist with daily living skills and academic support
  • Promote positive behavior through ABA techniques
  • Collaborate with clinical team and family members

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities/autism
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient, caring, and compassionate demeanor
