Are you passionate about manufacturing and engineering? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment? We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Junior Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

As a Junior Manufacturing Engineer, you will be a key player in the design, implementation, and optimization of our manufacturing processes. Your duties will include:

1. Developing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.
2. Analyzing and planning workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designing layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
3. Applying statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential.
4. Designing, installing, or troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.
5. Interpreting specifications, blueprints, and job orders to construct templates and lay out reference points for workers.
6. Implementing LEAN manufacturing principles to minimize waste and optimize productivity.
7. Managing capital projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and evaluation.
8. Collaborating with design engineering and other functions to ensure effective production methods.
9. Utilizing AutoCAD to design and modify manufacturing systems and components.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need the following:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
2. A minimum of 1+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
3. Experience with CNC programming and operation preferred
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
5. Solid understanding and application of LEAN manufacturing principles.
6. Experience with capital projects
