Schedule: Part-time (20 hours per week); weekdays (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)

Responsibilities:

• Provide medication counseling and education to patients regarding proper usage, potential side effects, and interactions of prescribed medications.
• Verify and fill prescriptions accurately, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care, including medication therapy management and adherence programs.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and organizing medications and supplies to meet patient demand and minimize expiration.
• Offer immunization services and other clinical interventions, promoting public health initiatives and expanding pharmacy services.

Requirements:

• Retail experience is required.
• Mississippi and Louisiana Pharmacist licenses.
