Job Description: We are excited to announce a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Waco, TX for the 2023-2024 school year. Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Speech-Language Pathologists to support students with munication disorders
• Assist in implementing speech and language therapy interventions as directed by licensed SLPs
• Collaborate with teachers and other educational professionals to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities
• Provide one-on-one and small group therapy sessions based on student needs
• Document progress and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student outes

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
• SLPA License
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team
• Enthusiasm for helping students achieve their munication goals
