Responsibilities: As a Maintenance Tech you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining our apartment communities to the highest standards. Your duties include but are not limited to:

· Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs, and report any significant issues or concerns to management.

· Embrace variety as you tackle diverse tasks from painting walls, general repairs, minor electrical to installing fixtures/appliances.

· Forge meaningful connections with residents, becoming a trusted ally in their lives.

· Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and property policies.

· Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.

Requirements:

· Minimum 6 months of experience in apartment maintenance

· HVAC or EPA Certifications are a plus but not required

Schedule: Most schedules are Monday-Friday, offering a desirable work-life balance.
