Blazer Jobs is currently interviewing experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) for full-time positions with school districts in the Wilmington, DE area. Candidates must meet all local and state requirements to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other staff.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to implement behavior support plans.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavior support plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Current state licensure (or eligibility).
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
