Being a Great Clips stylist means you don’t need to do it alone, we achieve success together! Qualification for this position are to have a RI state issued Cosmetology or Barber License, proficiency in all haircuts or the willingness to learn new techniques, and a positive attitude! We offer an hourly base wage PLUS several bonuses that elevate your hourly rate closer to $25-$35 an hour. We are so excited to meet you!

Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications:

• Cosmetology and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
• The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
• The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don’t worry, training is provided)
• The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
