As the Park Maintenance Supervisor 1, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of both salaried and seasonal maintenance employees at the DCNR Leadership School. This role requires effective planning, organizing, scheduling, assigning, and reviewing of work assignments. As a working supervisor, you will lead and oversee a maintenance team in completing their tasks within White Haven.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Four years of semi-skilled maintenance or construction experience in two of the following: electrical trades, plumbing trades carpentry trades, mechanical trades, water or wastewater treatment plant operations, or the operation of small and medium size construction or agricultural equipment; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Special Requirement:
- All positions require possession of an active motor vehicle license.
- You must possess, at the time of application, or obtain, within 18 months of the date of hire, a valid certification issued by the Pennsylvania State Board for Certification of Water and Wastewater System Operators as a water or wastewater operator that is equal to or greater than the classification and subclassification of the water/wastewater system to be operated or maintained. Certification must be continuously maintained for the duration of employment in the position.
