Penmac has an Immediate opening for a Full and Part-time Custodian Position.
$12.50 per hour
Monday – Friday
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist with basic building interior and exterior improvement activities
- Provide services for the campus buildings as assigned
- Perform the duties necessary to promote and preserve the general cleanliness of the campus. (Sweep, Mop, Stairwells, Dust offices, Restrooms)
- Stripping, waxing, buffing of floors
- Empty trash containers inside and outside
- Maintain ground in inclement weather
- Make certain buildings are covered during times building will be vacant due to employees taking vacation, sick time and or personal time.
- Periodic inventory of equipment, paper goods, and cleaning supplies
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to perform assigned work tasks on a ladder
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Pre-Employment Background Check
- Self Motivated / Time Management / Organizational Skills
- Computer skills
- Team Player, dedicated hard worker
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with custodial functions and equipment
