Overview

This position requires relocation to Florence Township New Jersey area.

This position will support various projects as a Supplier Quality Analyst. The Supplier Quality (SQ) Analyst is responsible for assuring contracted material and accompanying documentation conforms to Purchase Order (PO) requirements.

The SQ Analyst interprets part description and PO data to determine requirements, selects the appropriate inspection plan, then directs and defines hardware inspection.
SQ Analyst duties include:
  • Analyzing specifications and certifications for conformity
  • Developing and executing inspection plans
  • Devising and implementing quality procedures
  • Communicating technical details, both verbally and in writing, with EB engineering and inspection, and with external suppliers
  • Recognizing and resolving emergent quality issues
  • Travel will be required 25 to 75%

Qualifications

Required:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 4+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, quality analysis, material inspection or operations
  • Previous experience interpreting contractual requirements, manufacturing drawings, and military or commercial specifications
  • Proficient in MS-Office and related software
  • Demonstrate strong independent management skills
  • Familiar will all aspects of NDT requirements, including to but not limited to Liquid Penetrant and Magnetic Particle
  • Proficiency in inspection of complex mechanical components
  • Internal candidates must come from organizations outside Operations (Casciano/Gabriel).
Preferred:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality or equivalent military service
  • Previous experience with Manufacturing Resources and Planning databases such as Microsoft Projects
