Job Description
As an Admin Administrator you will need to have excellent data entry and administrative support skills with limited supervision.
Below are qualification/essential skills required to be success in your role:

❖ 4yr degree or equivalent job experience in a related field
❖ Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office Products
❖ Ability to make presentations and lead meetings both internally and externally
❖ Ability to lead a team to solve a wide range of problems under general supervision
❖ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
❖ Understanding of methods and procedures relating to data entry for customer’s data system as well
as in-house data management systems (e.g. e-quote system, QAD system)
❖ Knowledge of customer’s part numbering system
❖ Solid understanding of the Company Groups mass production commercial flow
❖ Possess a valid driver’s license
❖ Must be willing and able to travel both domestic and to overseas locations as required

Responsibilities:

Provide data entry and administrative support for CCR Departments.
Errors for this position may impact publicly reported company financial reports and forecasts as well as
company profitability, thus the need to be able to follow established procedures which will help to
mitigate risk. Appropriate department and division verification may be required based on the type of
information.
Support CCR Departments within established deadlines
Enter data into multiple computer software systems
Report Mass Production price / cost changes
Provide transportation (using company pool car) for customer meetings or internal events
Coordinate meetings and note taking
Communicate with Group companies and departments
Offer administrative support with CCR projects as needed
Verifies data entered into multiple computer software systems
Create, Distribute and track supply base surveys
Support various customer related reports (IMDS, USMCA Content etc.)
Correspond with various Customers/Suppliers
Event Coordination as assigned (Supplier Conference, Customer Related)
Coordinate CCR Division Reports as assigned (Business Plan, Expense Budget, etc.)
Continuous learning in regards to the materials and services required for our inputs and outputs
Represent the company in a professional manner to other group companies and to the community
