• Competitive pay ranging from $20-30, depending on experience

• Position is in Houston, Texas 77041
• Monday-Friday, with alternating Saturdays
• 1st Shift 5:00am-5:00pm
• 2nd Shift 5:00pm -5:00am

As a CNC Machinist, you will have experience operating machinery including lathes, mills and grinders as well as identify a variety of taper threads such as rotary Threads, IF threads. Apply today to reserve your path to success with The Reserves Network.

Your New Role:

As a CNC Machinist you will have a big impact on producing high quality parts for the oil fields and meeting company goals. You will setup and adjust CNC Machines, inspect finished workpieces, and maintain safe operations by adhering to company policies and procedures.

· Responsible for Process Control related to the Machine assigned to by the Machine Shop Supervisor

· Responsible for the in-process inspection, handling, and inventory control of equipment flowing through the assigned machine

· Responsible for receiving material, engineering print, set-up, programming, and production of machine.

· Responsible for hitting target efficiencies established by the Machine Shop Supervisor and Manufacturing Manager.

· Responsible for assisting and training other employees when asked by Supervisor.

· Promote a team environment within the department. Cooperate and assists all departments in resolving issues as related to jobs.

What You Need:

• High School Diploma or GED
• A minimum of 10 years of CNC Machinist experience including machine setup
• Must be able to accurately program and set up machine tools within Doosan, Mazak , Oluma , and HAAZ operating system.
• Must have recent experience with Fanuc Controls, G-Codes, and M-codes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
