Contract to perm
Schedule: M-F 8am-4:30pm w/ 1/2 hour unpaid lunch
*There is an opener (7:15a-3:45p) and a closer (9:30am-5:30-6pm). They sometimes get call outs and Supervisor may need someone to flex their shift either 15 min-30 hour here and there.
*Schedule is based on the therapists schedules - you may get to leave early at times if they are done for the day
*Overtime is never required, but is always an option since they have been short staffed
Main Function:
- Responsibilities include the procurement of all pre-certifications and referrals, collection of co-payments and transaction reconciliation, patient reception, answering phones, accountability of Medical Records as well as resolution of admission, billing, or other problems related to the collection of an account balance, and maintaining Rehabilitation Services Department records and statistics.
