Recruiting Coordinator

We are looking for a smart, motivated, and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to ensure that everything runs smoothly throughout the recruitment process. They will be a key player in helping us provide a positive experience for candidates and colleagues and will develop meaningful relationships consistent with Platform’s purpose, brand, and values.

What you will do:

• Assist in the recruiting process, including sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews across the organization, ensuring all participants are well-prepared.

• Publish, socialize, and refresh job postings and announcements.

• Source and fill all administrative positions.

• Assist with Internship recruiting including sourcing talent online and on campus when possible.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Platform’s experience, processes, and tools.

• Conduct and document all Reference Checks.

• Generate Offer Letters

• Organize and prepare updated information for weekly Recruiting meetings with key leadership.

What we look for:

• 2+ years recruiting/office coordinating experience, and/or administrative support.

• Excellent verbal and written communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to learn new/evolving technologies – someone who is a fast learner on different platforms, programs, and apps.

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
