Position Summary

Responsibilities
· Overseeing Food Safety, Safety, and Sanitation
· Managing department labor and productivity
· Developing future leaders
· Leading, training, coaching, and communicating with all Team Members in their department
· Preparation of food, including slicing meats, preparing sandwiches, cooking fresh offerings
· Sharing food knowledge with and Team Members
· Day to day production, merchandising, and quality control of all department offerings.
· Oversee and assist in stocking supplies for kitchen
· Operate all equipment in the kitchen
Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:Education, Experience and Skills Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work well with others as a team member and under limited supervision
- Basic computer skills, and ability to perform basic math to compute weights and measures
- Ability to successfully delegate and develop team members
- Ability to reliably meet required work schedule and adhere to company attendance policy
- Customer service, restaurant, barista, food service, grocery, or similar experience desired
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Be able to operate in cold (below 40 degrees) environments
- Be able to lift at least 25lbs
- Be able to stand for 4 or more hours at a time
- Must display exceptional leadership skills; excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
