Sushi Chef

Are you an experienced sushi chef? If so, consider joining our team at Koto Lowell. Koto Lowell is a new Asian Fusion restaurant with a sushi bar, bartender stations and live entertainment.

As a sushi chef, you will be interacting with customers at the sushi bar, and making sushi for sit down patrons. Responsibilities include:

• Prepping fish and vegetables prior to a shift start
• Preparing various sushi dishes
• Maintain cleanliness of the sushi work environment
• Managing inventory and supplies

Requirements for the job:

• At least 3 years of prior work experience as a sushi chef
• Strong communication skills 
• Ability to multi-task, managing discussions with customers and also preparing dishes for other patrons
