JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
- Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount.
- Performs routine cleaning of dishes, glasses, flatware and other kitchen items.
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, floors, mats and related areas.
- Responsible for proper use of supplies and equipment based on predetermined levels.
- previous experience with dishwashing equipment, cleaning and sanitation preferred.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
- Must be able to sit, walk, or stand for extended periods of time.
