- Follow opening and closing procedures
- Maintain line while upholding proper safety & sanitation standards
- Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Produce all food items within specified times making sure to meet standards of production by using recipe cards
- Perform duties as dishwasher when required
- Communicate with coworkers to ensure simultaneous delivery of food
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with all customers and coworkers
