Energy Products Specialist - Outside Sales

ALCIVIA is growing and looking to add a full-time Energy Products Specialist within the New Richmond, WI area to cover the New Richmond sales territory. • With this position, you would receive a company vehicle.

Work Location: Must be living within the New Richmond sales territory (approximately within a 45-minute drive from New Richmond, WI).

• Daily travel is required to cover the New Richmond sales territory adequately. Also, this position may need to travel for a quarterly sales meeting and/or any other ALCIVIA related meetings. There will be no overnight travel unless to attend required meetings and/or events.

Pay Type: Salary with Commission, bi-weekly.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

Energy Products Specialist - Outside Sales Essential Responsibilities:

We are looking for an Energy Products Specialist to build and maintain positive relationships with members resulting in sales of energy products and services while improving our members’ financial success. This role involves servicing existing customers and prospecting new customers resulting in sales of our Energy products ALCIVIA has to offer.

• Conduct sales calls and visits to prospective and current members
• Manage sales time wisely
• Utilize and promote sales technology tools
• Schedule appointments and effectively manage calendar
• Prepare and present successful proposals to new and current members
• Determine acceptable method of payment
• Clearly communicate to internal and external customers following sale
• Participate in development and implementation of sales and marketing promotions
• Attend product update meetings
• Support cross-divisional collaboration whenever possible
• Help out in other areas of the business as bandwidth allows
• Other duties as assigned

Energy Products Specialist - Outside Sales Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Three (3) years Sales experience preferred
• Strong computer and technology skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Sales and service focused mindset
• Motivated to always exceed customer expectations
• Work well independently and in leading a team
• Strong enthusiasm for building internal and external relationships
