Email Marketing Strategist/Account Manager

• Serve as the main point of contact for communication with your suite of clients (handle email communication, reporting calls, and serve as the expert on email and SMS marketing)
• Manage strategy for email marketing campaigns and automation for a variety of B2C and B2B brands
• Manage and create subscriber segments to drive engagement, revenue, and customer lifetime value
• Work within Klaviyo or other email software to review emails before sending.
• Collaborate with the designers, copywriters, and clients to create a high-level email marketing campaign sending strategy
• Oversee strategy for email capture popups
• Create and analyze a/b tests for content, sending times, subject lines, etc.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience managing strategy and creating engaging content for email marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of email design best practices and conversion strategies
• 2+ years of experience using email platforms such as Klaviyo, MailChimp, Constant Contact, Drip, etc.
• Understanding of basic customer segments within email marketing
• Experience working alongside copywriters and designers
• Attention to detail — you have an eye for typos and errors.
