Our Nissan dealership is located just south of Richmond in Chester, right off I-95. We’re looking for an experienced, connected and highly motivated Finance Manager to guide our F&I team. Responsibilities Work with customers on financing options Present aftermarket products Develop sales forecasts and strategies to achieve goals, growth and profitability Recruit, coach, and drive performance of F&I team Foster lender relationships Handle customer issues and concerns quickly and professionally Present sales reports and forecasts to management team Manage sales team to optimize performance and employee goals Vehicle appraisals
Job Requirement: Proven F&I track record in the automotive industry Senior level F&I experience Strong lender relationships Leadership skills Computer software and internet proficiency Excellent verbal/written communication skills Strong negotiation and presentation skills
