Qualification Requirements:
- Minimum of twenty-four (24) continuous months of experience similar in scope to those defined herein in a public or private institution.
- Required licenses and/or certifications.

Service Delivery Requirements:
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing dental services based on dental necessity and effective to protect life, prevent significant illness or disability, or alleviate severe pain
- Ensuring all ordered dental services and proposed surgical procedures are scheduled consistent with the severity of the dental need
- Delivering scheduled services at the designated time unless unavoidable circumstances occur
