We have an Immediate Need for a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN).
- Independently implements the nursing process for patients and families
- Provide evidence-based practice resources into clinical practice. Is competent and safe in the operation of Home Health patient care & technology
- Visits patients according to required visit schedule in order to assess and plan the patient's care.
- Supervises company personnel assigned to care for the patient.
- Ensures that qualified caregivers are assigned to care for each patient in accordance with the physician's orders and the nursing assessment.
- Acts as the liaison between the branch office and the patient, family and source of payment for care.
- Ensures home environment is safe.
- Submit clinical and supervisory forms to the branch according to submission requirements. Orient/conduct on-going continuing education to all staff.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or previous home care experience preferred; at least three years experience, preferably in a supervisory setting; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
