• Fostering strong relationships with current and prospective clients to maintain client retention
• Developing insurance quotes and shopping renewals
• Working closely with producers to lay the groundwork for sales presentations and proposals
• Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education and account rounding
• Responding to queries, problem solving, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Invoicing
• Processing Changes/Endorsements and Claims

• Property & Casualty License Required
• 1+ years Personal Lines Experience preferred
• Basic computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to get along well with others and team focused
• Cincinnati Insurance experience helpful, but not required
