Consider joining our team as the Community Manager for Traditions at Slate Ridge Apartments in Reynoldsburg, Ohio.

What You'll Do:

• Foster positive relationships with residents, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Ensure properties are well-maintained, safe, and aesthetically pleasing.
• Manage and inspire a team of dedicated leasing and maintenance professionals.
• Oversee budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting.
• Conduct routine property inspections to identify service needs and ensure timely apartment turnovers.
• Drive leasing efforts and implement marketing strategies to maintain high occupancy rates.
• Community hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm

What We're Looking For:

• Possess over a year of experience as a property manager in the multifamily industry.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• The ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve goals.
• Familiarity with budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• An adept problem solver who can handle a variety of challenges.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
• Willing to undergo drug and background checks upon a job offer.

Other Helpful Skills and Competencies:

• CAM® or CAPS® designation
• Self-motivated and strong attention to detail
• Experience working directly with property owners
• Yard experience - Preferred
