Consider joining our team as the Community Manager for Traditions at Slate Ridge Apartments in Reynoldsburg, Ohio.
What You'll Do:
- Foster positive relationships with residents, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Ensure properties are well-maintained, safe, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Manage and inspire a team of dedicated leasing and maintenance professionals.
- Oversee budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting.
- Conduct routine property inspections to identify service needs and ensure timely apartment turnovers.
- Drive leasing efforts and implement marketing strategies to maintain high occupancy rates.
- Community hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
What We're Looking For:
- Possess over a year of experience as a property manager in the multifamily industry.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- The ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve goals.
- Familiarity with budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- An adept problem solver who can handle a variety of challenges.
- Possess a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
- Willing to undergo drug and background checks upon a job offer.
Other Helpful Skills and Competencies:
- CAM® or CAPS® designation
- Self-motivated and strong attention to detail
- Experience working directly with property owners
- Yard experience - Preferred
