As an Assistant Property Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting property operations, as well as getting out and interfacing with tenants. Reporting to the Senior Property Manager and/or Property Manager, you'll be involved in a wide range of tasks, from overseeing property operations, solving problems when they arise, to providing 5 star exceptional service to tenants, leadership, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support property managers in daily tasks to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Manage day-to-day property operations including accounts receivable, billing, and collections for smooth functioning.
  • Provide timely assistance in overseeing work orders to ensure prompt completion to tenant satisfaction.
  • Maintain organized documents including tenant and vendor contact lists, financial reports, and certificates of insurance.
  • Assist with preparation of tenant CAM reconciliations, as well as tenant and vendor certificates of insurance
  • Track utility usage and generate accurate monthly electrical billings for transparency.
  • Draft memos, rent increase letters, and other tenant correspondence with clarity and professionalism.
  • Assist in overseeing vendors and property-specific personnel to maintain high performance levels.
  • Oversee tenant move-in and move-outs with accurate and efficient documentation.
Key Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in Commercial Property Management
  • Experience working with Class A properties
  • Strong customer service skills with a desire to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to perform under pressure with a sense of urgency and a smile
  • Strong analytical skills to read, and interpret lease documents and general correspondence
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail/quality, and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to drive great relationships and professional interactions.
  • Experience with Angus and Yardi software is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software or technology.
