Fairfield Chevrolet / Subaru is looking to hire a dynamic well organized, fast learner, and detail oriented individual. Candidate must be able to adapt to a fast paced environment and be able to work well with others. Accounting experience required.  Minimum 2 years experience preferred.

Job Duties

• Post Deals
• Verify funding
• work on schedules
• Process DMV for Company and Customers
• Maintains accounting ledgers by posting account transactions.

• Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions.

• Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation; issuing stop payments, payments, or adjustments.

• Maintains financial security by following internal accounting controls.

• Secures financial information by completing data base backups.

• Maintains financial historical records by filing and scanning accounting documents.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Any other duties assigned by management.
