Position Summary:

Job Description:                

As the Therapy Tech, you will be responsible for assisting in the retention of long-term quality patients for the clinic through the execution of service delivery systems in turn, ensuring the patient’s needs and expectations are exceeded. Your role will be to ensure patients are correctly following the treatment plan. As the Therapy Tech, you will be responsible for all activity in the treatment room including but not limited to maintaining a safe and clean workspace, hands-on support, and providing an exceptional experience.

8.    Have a passion for medical aesthetics, weight loss, joint pain, neuropathy, marketing, social media

Performance Objectives

  • Perform 3D body analysis and range of motion assessment following protocol
  • Carry out ordered exercise programs based on doctor's orders
  • Administer decompression therapy following protocols (if applicable) 
  • Administer laser therapy, RF, shockwave, EMS, ultrasound
  • Maintain all rehabilitation and physiotherapy equipment by cleaning, organizing and keeping in pristine condition.
  • Ensure seamless and efficient patient flow
  • Chart patient’s progress per clinic protocol 
  • Encourage and inspire patients to follow through with treatment plan 
  • Assist patients as needed
  • Collect success stories, testimonials and feedback from patients
  • Consistently offer the highest level of personalized customer service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude

Additional Job Duties:

1.    Answer phone, schedule appointments. This requires learning all about medical aesthetics as clients ask specific questions

2.    Track inventory, order products

3.    Maintain cleanliness in the Clinic

4.    Drive product sales

5.    Be trusted advisors to the owners & suggest marketing/pricing improvements to grow the business

Capabilities/Key Competencies:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to quickly and effectively connect with patients and staff
  • Ability to alter communication based on how patient will best understand exercises

  • Ability to be forward-thinking in the organization of patients, schedule and tasks
  • Proficient computer skills

  • Desire to define and take massive action to accomplish your own personal, professional and financial goals

Education & Experience:

  • 2 years of patient/public facing therapy technician experience preferred
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a multi-specialty practice preferred, but not required.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $18.00 - $21.00/hour.
