Office Administrator Responsibilities | WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Support Zoom Drain’s daily operations
- Maintain records and information
- Run various weekly/monthly reports
- Purchase and maintain inventory of office supplies
- Handle all inbound and outbound mail
- Maintain and organize documents to be filed
- Data entry
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Plan and maintain work facilities
- Other administrative duties as needed
Office Administrator Qualifications | WHAT YOU BRING
- 2+ years administrative experience
- Strong computer skills and active listening
- Ability to effectively organize
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
