Job Description
Major duties, under the guidance and supervision of Physical Plant Manager, include completing work orders consisting of *minor plumbing, mechanical, electrical and appliance repairs.
*Preparing apartments for rent.
*Seasonal work including window washing, lawn maintenance, and snow removal.
*Driving 14 passenger van.
*General upkeep of building and grounds.
Job Requirements
Training or experience in building mainteance and repairs. Work independently, accurately, and efficiently. Walk, bend, stoop, lift, climb or reach the majority of the day. Move indepenently throught the complex. Lift 50#. Able to read and comprehend manuals, operating procedures, and guidelines
