Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Outdoor Life Pros team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
  • Assist with maintaining office organization and inventory management.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails
  • Prepare and modify documents including reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
  • Manage office supplies, order new materials when necessary, and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
  • Apply and oversee permits for each job
  • Support the team with data entry, filing, and record keeping..
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or office assistant preferred.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Quickbooks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Passion for seeing a company grow and succeed.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in taking on additional responsibilities.
