Asphalt Paving Luteman/Laborer

JENNMAR Services is currently looking for Roustabouts in the Wheeling, WV or surrounding areas. This position is for a reclamation and site development company providing critical completion and production related services to exploration and production and pipeline companies in the United States

Responsibilities:

• Spread, level, and smooth asphalt using rakes, lutes, and shovels.
• Fine-grade fill to grades given by foreman.
• Ensure a defect-free surface by checking for and eliminating bumps and depressions.
• Work alongside other crew members and communicate effectively.
• All labor tasks as needed
• To complete the finishing touch on the asphalt surface to ensure a smooth and level roadway/pavement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in asphalt raking and finishing.
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in paving and road construction.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work long hours in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to pass drug/alcohol test and background check
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have reliable transportation
