What is Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)?

ASD is a neurological and developmental disorder that affects how people interact with others, communicate, learn, and behave.

What is Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)?

ABA is an evidence-based, medical therapy that allows us to uniquely assist each child with developing the skills needed to live, learn and play.

How much does the position pay?

Starting pay is competitive with opportunities to promote within the first 6 months for full-time staff. We consistently look for opportunities to reward your hard work with bonuses, incentives and further promotions.

What careers can this job prepare me for?

Advanced positions in the medical field including, but not limited to, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Psychologist, Social Worker, Speech Therapist, and Occupational Therapist. Experience in the field also prepares you for teaching, management, parenting, mentorship, and coaching.

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8:25am-4:45pm

Minimum Requirements:

• 18 years-old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to adapt to situations quickly and with a positive attitude.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Physical Requirements:

• You may be asked to engage in activities that require you to lift, push or pull 35+ pounds.
• Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, crouch, walk, run, keep up with the pace of your assigned learner.
