Our company is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Front of House Restaurant Manager for our upcoming 2024 season, starting in late April, first week of May through October. Title of Position - Front of House Manager

Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service. As the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising all aspects of the restaurant, including staff management, training, and development, and ensuring that the restaurant is appropriately staffed to meet our high customer service standards.


Your main duties will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, managing the scheduling and training of hourly team members, and ensuring that all guests receive the highest level of service. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high quality of service to enhance the guest experience and working closely with the General Manager to ensure that all financial and operational targets are met.


To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record of success in a similar position, with excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. You should also be passionate about delivering exceptional guest service, have a strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, and have a keen eye for detail. The Front of House Manager needs to be proactive, detailed, and have a commitment to continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • The Restaurant Manager must have 2-5 years of high-volume upscale dining restaurant experience.
  • Strong leader with a positive attitude, enthusiasm and a passion for hospitality is a key attribute for the Front of House Manager.
  • The Front of House Manager must have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • The Front of House Manager must have outstanding leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate, train and develop your team.
