NOW HIRING CNC SET UP/OPERATOR - 1st shift
Shift Available: 7:00am to 3:30pm Mon- Fri, Sat as needed
Pay: $15-30
*Up to $30.00 hourly for highly skilled and qualified candidates. Pay based on experience and skills. Do not apply if you have never run a CNC lathe or CNC mill*
Job Requirements:
- Experienced with Fanuc G Code and similar machines
- Able to load programs, indicate vices and fixtures, load tools, and set them
- Test run programs using Single block, and make minor edits (such as tool offsets, cutter comp, etc.).
- Setup persons will also expect to be operators when no setup is needed
- Tend machines by loading, unloading parts, cleaning parts, and machine
- Ensure coolant and tools remain fresh and the work area remains clean.
- May be expected to tend to more than one machine and may operate different machines day to day.
