At J.R. Orenstein Insurance Agency, we are seeking a bilingual Director of First Impressions, fluent in both English and Spanish to join our dynamic team in Great Neck, New York. Our agency prides itself on providing exceptional service and building strong relationships with our clients. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting our Sales Team and clients. This is an entry-level position with a Growth Opportunity to become a licensed Client Care Represetatve or New Business Salesperson.

Responsibilities

Client Assistance

  • Answering a high volume of incoming calls and either helping clients directly or transferring to the appropritate team member.
  • Conducting vehicle photo inspections

Best Impressions

  • Make sure our office always represents itself as welcoming, professional, and generous.
  • Welcome walk-ins, offer beverages, let them know who on the team is available

Out-going Calls

  • Call our internal underwriting/service dpeartment to get answers for senior team members
  • Call quote requests to transfer to Sales Team



Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation related to client policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines.


Requirements

Language Skills: Proficient in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).

Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a desire to assist and support clients effectively.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Team Player: Collaborative attitude, willingness to work with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Detail-Oriented: Ability to accurately record information and keep track of client details.
