Our on-site Relationship Manager position will involve much more than merely answering phones, setting appointments, and processing payments for existing customers. This is not a remote position. Our Relationship Managers hold in-depth policy reviews with our clients, make custom-tailored recommendations for proper coverages, cross-sell to existing clients, and additional clerical duties to help increase customer retention and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Hold annual policy reviews with clients & explain coverages
- Cross-sell other lines of business to existing clients
- Conduct onboarding reviews with new clients
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Process policy endorsements.
- Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
- Discuss billing & take payments from customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- A Property & Casualty Insurance license is preferred but will train good individual.
- Option to attain Life Insurance License within 90 days & receive a pay increase
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coach able.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills
- Driven and goal-oriented individual
- Great Customer Service Skills.
