Job Description: General Manager
Hiring, training, and managing all staff members
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service
Implementing and maintaining operational procedures to increase efficiency and productivity
Handling financial aspects, such as budgeting and inventory management
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns
Maintaining a safe and clean working environment for both staff and customers
Conducting regular performance evaluations of team members and implementing corrective actions when necessary
