About the Role:

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues on Cadillac vehicles.
• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify and address problems.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and answer questions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Uphold the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working on Cadillac vehicles preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Cadillac models, systems, and procedures.
• ASE Certification
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in computer use and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, ambitious and committed to providing excellent customer service.
