What You Get To Do Every Day:


  • Sales Cycle Management: Deliver customized discovery calls, case studies, pricing conversations and any other conversations to ensure an effective buyer journey from discovery to close and meet or exceed monthly sales targets. 
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound leads by identifying key decision makers and understanding their needs. 
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain client relationships, continually investigating opportunities to expand the client relationship in breadth and depth 
  • Product Expertise: Become an expert in OuterBox’s digital marketing services and benefits for our clients. 
  • Collaboration & Client Lifecycle: Collaborate across all departments to execute sales strategies in line with the latest service offerings and transition closed accounts to the assigned strategist and assist with new client kickoffs.
  • CRM Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM. 
  • Improvement & Growth: Work to perfect your craft by engaging in regular continuing education with the CEO, Vice President of Business Development, and the rest of your dynamic sales team.



What You Bring To The Role:  


  • 2-4+ years closing sales experience 
  • Marketing experience a BIG bonus!
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • A self-motivated entrepreneurial spirit willing to take on new challenges
  • A passion for learning
  • Thrives with both autonomy and collaboration
  • Strong time-management skills with attention to detail
