Fremont Motor Riverton is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome customers, both in-person and over the phone, in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and representing the company in a positive manner
- Keep the reception area clean and organized, and ensure that it is well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Support other departments as needed, including sales, service, and parts
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
