Job Description

Executive client in Palm Coast area seeks an outstanding, highly intelligent and extremely capable and resourceful individual Executive Personal Assistant (EPA) to serve as the point person and liaison between the Principal and his associates. This person will act as the gatekeeper of the Principals property management (two residences), personal services, special projects, and business support.

The EPA will build and maintain relationships with property vendors, personal service providers, business associates, and the Principals family and friends. The primary focus of the EPA is to keep the Principal and his properties exceptionally well organized.

The ideal candidate will possess a lot of common sense, be bright, energetic, proactive and possess outstanding organizational skills. They will take full responsibility for calendaring, communications, assist in event coordination, business contracts and compliance, travel management, and other duties as requested.

General Duties

  • Serve as the point person and liaison between the Principal and his associates.
  • Act as the gatekeeper of the Principal’s calendar, and support him in all areas of business, lifestyle, philanthropy, special projects, meetings, and events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external professionals and vendors.
  • Act as the first point of contact to the Principal as required.

This client appreciates a minimal and precise communication style, and only requires 1-2 days onsite, the rest of the time working remotely so must be self-motivated.

Highly competative compensation package offered. The ideal schedule will be Tuesday-Saturday, 9:00 am-5:00 pm with some flexibility required. . This person will work closely with existing support team members to ensure seamless coordination on professional and personal matters.
